About Me
I started my fitness journey in 2014 after stepping into the gym for the first time feeling intimidated and unsure where to begin. Growing up as an athlete, I knew I loved being active, but it wasn’t until I learned how to lift weights that everything changed. As I built confidence and saw my body transform, I also discovered flexible dieting—learning how to fuel my body without giving up the foods I love. That balance completely shifted my mindset around fitness and nutrition. Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same—building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits without restrictive diets or extremes.
