Hello, I'm
Alex Falconer Hatlee
I started my fitness journey in 2014 when I decided it was time to learn how to lift weights. I grew up an athlete participating in basketball and soccer. I joined a gym my sophomore year of high school and started out only doing cardio. I was very intimidated and didn't really know what else to do. I was motivated to learn more and jump out of my comfort zone. Once I started lifting weights I fell in love with the gym and achieving my goals. My body was changing and I could not believe it! When I started my journey, like many other people, I thought eating healthy was only eating your typical chicken, rice, and veggies. Then I found flexible dieting! I learned how to eat mindfully and not look at food as good or bad. I began tracking my macros or as most people refer to as tracking calories. I love donuts and I most definitely did not want to give up the food I love. I learned how to continue to eat the foods I loved, in moderation, and still achieve my goals. Implementing flexible dieting and lifting weights quickly became my passion. Teaching others how to sustain a healthy lifestyle is a passion of mine. I teach people how to enjoy working out and eating without a restricted diet.

Hello, I'm Ian Hatlee
I grew up playing soccer all-year long and dabbled in strength training during high school while in the off-season but it didn’t stick. I played various rec sports (especially basketball) during college. My fitness journey started in 2013 when I sorely needed a stress-relieving outlet at the beginning of pharmacy school. Luckily I had a free membership to the school’s health club so I began a strength training plan. I was immediately hooked! I soon decided to challenge myself by entering a bodybuilding show in the men’s physique category - which I eventually won! It further fueled the fire burning inside of me to get bigger so I got even more serious with my lifting. I learned a lot about proper programming and nutrition. I happened to be following an intense plan when I decided to enter another bodybuilding show - the same one that I won the previous year - only to impress a girl (my now wife). Unfortunately I didn’t win but I won the love of my life! Much better than any trophy. So for the past 9 years (and counting), I’ve taken my strength training and nutrition very seriously but I now want to impart my knowledge and experience onto you to support the achievement of your goals!
